Read the story about storage units.....and imagine what it must be like to bid on units in the Wandering City....what the hey would be in those units? What if some alien entity had stored a Type IV Executive Class All-Code Over-Ride Machine Superbrain? And you got it on bid along with a bunch of useless junk.....but a Superbrain can command other Machines to do whatever you want done.....hmmm....you want to write the story? Anybody out there?

This could be a story....
This was a story I had going a few years ago, working in the vein that the Machines were at war with the Biots at one time, but the war was over, and our hero finds a Guardian Class machine in mothballs, gets it activated by accident, and then has a genie from the bottle as it were.....a Machine that has the codes to any lesser machine....so he has him use a machine manufactory to build them a spaceship all tricked out like Nemo's sub, and they have adventures various and many, etc....saw Disney's old "Black Hole" the other night....what a trippy movie! Captain Nemo to the max.....
Do you have any of it written down?
Or just your memory?
I am having trouble with Ramsey, once he discovers the two head beast with the green disc, all sort of things start happening...

yes, I read "lock up" and liked it a lot....sort of that cyber-punk thing going there I guess....some of that story was in my old laptop that crashed....mostly just in memory anyway....just an outline and a few details....I might go in that direction, since I don't know what to do right now with the people I've got going.....want to do more "Tales of the Wandering City"....
