We went down a path

from the sacred grove to the veranda of the fairy castle, where tea was served by invisible hands. Since, as I mentioned, everything on the other side is rather rarefied, you don't get a lot of substantial food. But you don't miss it much, in your spirit body....except from sheer habit of stuffing the old pie hole I guess. Tea was just that....tea. There was a very light honey to put in the tea, if you liked.....but I didn't see any milk, or cookies, etc.... In fact, the diet is always very light in fairy-land.....no meat at all, and very little of dairy products either....lots of fruit, and berries. Nuts are chopped or pureed, since the rarefied fairy-folk have very delicate teeth....they don't have strong bites at all. You get lots of preserves on lacy wafers, or sometimes scrambled quail egg if you're lucky.....or soup, or porridge. At a formal dinner, you might get angel-hair pasta as the main course, or a souffle of some sort.....anyway, my spirit body lost a lot of weight over there, if that makes any sense.
